Warranty Coverage

All AGD Productions, Inc. products purchased new, either directly or through an authorized AGD Productions, Inc. dealer, are covered by a transferable, limited 5-year warranty. This warranty covers all parts and labor costs for quality-related issues or manufacturing defects, performed at the factory or a factory-specified repair facility. This warranty does not cover any subsequent or consequential damages.

Exclusions from Warranty

The following are not covered under this warranty:

  • Damages resulting from physical abuse.
  • Damage caused by improper use or mishandling of the product.
  • Any modifications made to the product.

Customer Responsibilities

To qualify for warranty service:

  • The product must be returned in its original, unmodified condition.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs to and from the factory or authorized repair center.

Customers should first contact their original AGD Productions, Inc. dealer or distributor for warranty repair instructions before reaching out to the factory or shipping the product for service.

International Warranty Conditions

Warranty terms for products purchased outside the United States may vary by distributor and local laws. Please contact your local distributor for specific warranty details.

Impact of Product Modifications

Any modifications to AGD Productions, Inc. products will void the warranty and release AGD Productions, Inc. and its authorized distributors from any liability. If a modified product is sent for repair, the owner must cover all repair costs and any charges required to restore the product to its original configuration.
