Learn about how to return products purchased directly from AGD Productions, Inc.

Eligibility for Returns

Only products purchased at full retail price from agdproduction.com or directly from AGD Productions, Inc. are eligible for returns. Orders placed under “industry accommodation” discounts, open-box sales or custom orders are final sales and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Window

Products must be returned within 14 calendar days from the delivery date to qualify for a refund.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original condition, without any damage or alterations.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days using the original payment method.
  • Credit card refunds via PayPal/Stripe may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Fees

All shipping costs and payment processing fees (PayPal/Stripe/bank fees) are non-refundable.

Return Denial Conditions

Returns will be denied if:

  • The product is damaged or altered.
  • The return is initiated after 14 calendar days from delivery.
